This years VMAs were somewhat of a disappointment this year with regards to celebrity fashion choices. Yet for me, one person stood out and that was Taylor Swift. Although not usually a fan of her fashion choices, I absolutely adore her dress (Herve Leger by Max Azria Priscilla dress). The neckline specifically is just to die for. I love navy as an alternative to black. Selena Gomez also gets my seal of approval for her navy blue dress (Atelier Versace) from the Fall 2013 collection.
